Our Leadership Team
Chaka White
Founder & CEO
Chaka doesn't just understand healthcare recruiting; she has lived it from the inside out. With over 25 years of experience in executive HR leadership, she has built talent pipelines, sourced top-tier candidates, and solved some of the most complex staffing challenges across healthcare, senior living, and beyond. She knows what it takes to find the right person for the right role, because she has spent decades doing exactly that at the highest levels of organizations just like yours.
Chaka holds an MBA in Health Services Administration and a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law, with deep expertise in HR compliance, fair hiring practices, compensation, and workforce training. That combination of business strategy, legal fluency, and human insight is rare, and it is the foundation everything at The White Lily Group is built on.
She founded The White Lily Group with a single conviction: that healthcare organizations deserve a recruiting partner who truly understands their world, speaks their language, and delivers talent that transforms teams.
Brenda Eason
Client Services & Operations Director
With over 10 years of experience in staffing and recruiting at a major global staffing firm, Brenda has seen the full spectrum of what great talent acquisition looks like at scale. She brings that same rigor, precision, and people-first approach to every client relationship and every search she oversees. Brenda manages the Recruiters and the day-to-day operations of the firm.
What makes Brenda truly unique is her heart for healthcare. Her years leading volunteer staffing for a national hospice organization gave her something no corporate résumé can teach, a deep, personal understanding of the compassion, reliability, and character it takes to serve patients and families at their most vulnerable moments. She doesn't just screen for credentials. She screens for calling.
Brenda holds a Bachelor's in Human Services and a Master's in Human Resources Management, a foundation that keeps her sharp on both the human side and the operational side of everything she touches.
